The Melbourne-based distillery, Brunswick Aces, has just announced the launch of every teetotaler’s dream: Melbourne first permanent non-alcoholic bar which is set to open in late April.

Brunswick Aces Bar is set to be a 150-person capacity venue on Weston Street in Brunswick East and will be the first of its kind in Australia, offering a space for non-drinkers to enjoy an extensive list of specially curated drinks and cocktails. Punters can expect the likes of beers, wines, and cocktails that will include the distillery’s signature zero per cent alcohol gin alternative, Brunswick Aces Spades Sapiir and Brunswick Aces Hearts Sapiir.

No longer will those who commit to sobriety need to drink another sugary fruit juice mocktail. You can now sip on classic cocktails, like a Negroni, Espresso Martini, Tom Collins and the simple Gin and Tonic that all contain zero alcohol.

And there is just one alcoholic item on the menu so boozehounds don’t feel left out: a Gin and Tonic.

The Brunswick Aces Distillery was founded in 2017 by a group of neighbours who gave up drinking alcohol due to health goals and pregnancy, and, due to their determination to create something that resembled their favourite drink gin, they ended up creating Australia's first sapiir. Sapiir is a distilled, sugar-free and alcohol-free drink that extracts its aromatic elements from botanicals.

Brunswick Aces Bar will open in late April on Weston St, Brunswick East.
