In the summertime when the weather is fine, we all drink at Arbory. Actually, even when it’s windy, on the verge of rain and we’re killing time before catching a train, we still drink at Arbory. It’s the great all-rounder bar – and great news, Arbory Bar is reopening on Thursday, June 11.

The venue is allowed to open with a special capacity of 94 patrons, thanks to the configuration of the elongated outdoor venue. But if you’re worried about drinking out when it’s cold, Arbory has popped on the heaters an there are blankets and hot water bottles to be purchased to keep you warm.

There’s even a brand-new menu designed by Arbory head chef Nick Bennett to try. But don’t worry, the classic double cheeseburger, lamb ragu pappardelle and steak sandwich will still be available. If you’re keen on a deal, you can score a burger and a Mountain Goat beer for $25 from noon-6pm daily.

Reservations are welcome (call them on 03 8648 7644) otherwise they are accepting walk-ins. Arbory Bar will be open daily from noon until 10pm – check out the website for more info.

A reminder: you have to eat to drink. Here are all the other rules Melbourne eateries must abide by now
