Everyone’s favourite backpack brand has officially landed in Melbourne. Swedish outdoor clothing brand Fjällräven will be opening its first store in the southern hemisphere at Melbourne Central this week.
From this Thursday, November 1, shoppers will be able to get their hands on those classic Kanken rucksacks (which, we are told, are the world’s best selling backpack) as well as a variety of outdoor sportswear including men's and women's jackets and pants.
Fjällräven is known worldwide for its sustainably made products. The new Melbourne Central store will even be partnering with Social Foundry, a social enterprise that works to give opportunities to at-risk people, and will offer complimentary coffee and Seven Springs water to store visitors.
The Fjällräven store will be located shop 241, on level 2 of Melbourne Central.
