Time Out says

Feel like you're the king of the world at this time-travelling dinner

All aboard! St Kilda's the Newmarket Hotel is set to transform into the HMS Titanic for a dinner party inspired by the great ship and her ill-fated journey across the Atlantic. Five local chefs (Christian Abbot, Jake Furst, Tim Fowler, Adam Fitzgerald and Nick Holland) have prepared a six-course menu inspired by the dishes served on the ship of dreams, with each course matched with wine.

Each part of the evening will also mark a portion of the ship's epic journey, from boarding to sailing, before finally entering the deep dark seas. You'll start with canapés like oysters, duck eggs, and foie gras. The following courses include salmon with pickled cucumber goats curd; and a salad of asparagus with iceberg lettuce, blue cheese, and candied walnuts. The main dish of pressed pork, blood pudding, and celeriac will be polished off with a dessert of apple custard with praline and peach.

Invite the Rose to your Jack and dine like a first-class passenger for one night only.
