Think Korean food is all about fried chicken and bibimbap? Think again. Smith St's stylish Korean restaurant Bistro K takes familiar Korean dishes and puts a modern spin to them. The Korean barbecue still features on the menu, but meats are marinated in a sous-vide for maximum flavour punch. Share dishes feature traditional Korean ingredients such as kim chi, Korean chilli sauce and delicious jelly noodles, but they are all beautifully constructed in fine dining style. Make sure to leave room for dessert and rice wine cocktails.
