The bistro at the Blackburn is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Each weekday they dish out an $18 special; seafood duo on Monday, chicken parma on Tuesday, rump and ribs on Wednesday, and steamy stew on Thursday. The hotel's Bourbon Bar holds over 40 quality, limited release and unique blends of bourbon, as well as beers, ciders and wine.
