Don’t be fooled by the name – Bossy Boots lets you decide: do you want to enjoy the hearty curries, pastas, salads and cakes in the cosy café, or in the comfort of your home? Chef duo Ben Forehan and Rachael Browne – formerly at Stokehouse, Circa and Dench Bakers – are on a mission to make takeaways more healthy. Previous crowd-pleasers include tuna-and-sweetcorn patties and eggplant parmigiana; unsurprisingly, given Ben and Rachel’s classical French training, the cakes and pastries have also earned Bossy Boots a loyal fan base. If the last place you want to be is your sofa, fear not: you're welcome to pull up a chair and stay put.
