Named in honour of the organisation Free the Bears, Brown Bear Café donates all tips to the charity that's committed to ending bear bile farming. Leo Shee and his team offer all-day breakfast – try smashed avocado on pan-fried sourdough with free-range poached eggs and sour cream – well-laden lunch treats such as chicken and avo focaccia, speciality coffee and homemade baked goods.
