The burgers here don’t shy away from the fact they’re modelled on West Coast institutions like In-N-Out, brimming with American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. But if the true blue in you just can’t do without a ring of pineapple or a fried egg, the folks at this late-trading Windsor joint are more than happy to slap one in there. The burgers here aren’t ground breaking but they are available until 4am on a Saturday night... And at that point, who’s cares?
