Owners Rosalin and Oliver Virnik may not be French, but the certainly love French food. They love it so much, in fact, that they have opened up a small, French bistro in Brighton. Rosalin goes to the market each day to purchase the produce for the restaurant and prepares a menu alongside chef, Silas Orre, utilising the day's ingredients. Expect classic dishes like escargot, French onion soup, bouillabaisse and coq au vin on the menu alongside a wine list that celebrates old world, French wines.
