Exhibition Street is where you'll find this North American-inspired sandwich and coffee bar. They're re-working classic sambo combos, like a Cubano with porchetta instead of braised pork; there's a Reuben hybrid; and they are doing a lobster roll with Japanese mayo. Owner Matt Ward is one of the guys behind Prospect Espresso, and he will be bringing in beans from his own coffee roastery, These Days Coffee Roasting. Inside you'll also find a Tokyo-inspired fitout, with natural plywood, timber floors and a pink feature wall ready to 'gram you packed out sandwiches against.
