Rosa Mitchell of Rosa's Canteen and Rosa's Kitchen will be showcasing the flavours of her homeland Italy, featuring a region of Italy each month. Rosa will be showcasing Italy's diverse range of flavours and cuisine styles each month, teaming up with Melbourne's wine importers to pay homage to the each region's wineries.
Each session will involve four-courses of family-style share plates, and bottles of wine from each region will be available for purchase on the night.
