After 15 years of successful serving, Toofey's decided in 2007 to revive the restaurant by bringing in Maurice Esposito to spice things up, Italian style. In fact, many of these herbs and spices are home grown in Esposito's mother's garden. Boasting a sustainable seafood menu (the freshest you can get without pitching your own fishing rod, mind you) business has never been better.
