Gochi is an Izakaya-style Japanese restaurant and the latest feather in Crown casino's cap. For those unfamiliar with the concept of izakaya establishments, they're essentially bars serving just enough in the way of tasty snacks to stop you from falling into your sake.
Gochi is staffed by former Nobu chefs Juntaro Fujimura and Heejon Jung, who are bringing their high end experience to a more casual establishment. The restaurant has just opened, so we'll be heading along to check out their sushi, sake and bento soon. Watch this space.
