Palermo is all about making the most of your lunch break by serving you a four-course power lunch with a difference. The Soho lunch is all about cutting down on time without cutting down on flavour.
The menu changes seasonally, but it will always feature an asado del día (the special meat of the day) hot off the Parrilla grill or Asado fire pit. You'll also get starters, which might include suckling pig croquettes with chipotle mayonnaise; fresh kingfish ceviche with grilled grapes, cucumber and sunflower seeds; pork and paprika chorizo; and polenta-crusted potatoes with herb aioli. You'll finish the meal off with a traditional treat, which will usually showcase dulce de leche, the rich Latin American caramel.
The four-course lunch is only $40, and if you don't get all four courses within an hour, you get it for free. You just have to make sure you book ahead and mention your time restrictions (not available on Fridays). Palermo's Soho lunch is available every day, from noon until 4 pm.
