Head to the Imperial for rosé and poke Sundays

Every Sunday, the Imperial South Yarra is dishing out a leisurely brunch that will cap off your weekend in style. You can enjoy a bowl of fresh salmon, zesty chicken or nutty tofu, packed with protein, colourful veggies, soft edamame beans and sesame seeds.

With a guilt-free brunch option on hand, you can indulge by adding on a two-hour beverage package on top of it where you can enjoy an open bar of rosé, frozen rosé or spritzers for just $45. 

There are two seatings – a brunch option from 11am or a lunch session from 1.30pm – and you can book in for just a bowl of poke ($15); a bowl and a glass of rosé ($22); or a poke and two-hour beverage package for $45. 

Booking is for the beverage package is recommended, so get a crew together and enjoy this Sunday special while it lasts.
