Tucked on the bend of the Yarra not far from the razzmatazz of Toorak Road, but seemingly a million miles away in its leafy haven, Kanteen is a long-serving icon of the southside. As Italian as you can get, woe-betide you if you sniff at their coffee. Thankfully the hot chocolate lives up to their exacting standards too, with the stallions delivering a thick broth of duskily dark delight.
