Barbecue lovers will learn the secrets of a real Texan barbecue from pitmaster Kevin Bludso over an exclusive three-course Christmas-style lunch. Two drinks will be included and you'll get to meet the man himself as he unveils the star of the show: a turkey cooked low-and-slow. Over three courses, you'll feast on nachos and Texas chilli beef for entrée; carved turkey with chipotle sweet potato, braised cabbage and a traditional cranberry barbecue sauce; and a delectable cherry cobbler with vanilla ice cream and Jack Daniels sauce for dessert.
