Diners can choose to enjoy the more traditional style of Italian cooking with Chef De Marco’s a la carte menu, which includes antipasto for starters and hearty pasta dishes for mains. If you want to experience a fresh take on Italian cuisine, test out the multi-course degustation menu, presented in five or eight tasting plates.
De Marco is fcused on using the best produce available, curing his own meats and baking bread in house daily. L’Altro Mondo’s menu changes daily as only seasonal food is considered with every new menu rendition.
De Marco has spent time at several Michelin star restaurants throughout Europe including Ristorante L’Erbe del Re (Modena) and La Terrazza dell’Eden (Rome). In Australia, De Marco has worked with renowned chefs such as Luke Mangan and Neil Perry at the Rockpool Group.
