Get a taste of red-hot Singapore-style barbecue when the crew from Fancy Hank's roll out the next edition of the Majestic Hawker Pop-Up. After a totally sold out event last time, the warehouse dining series is back for three nights only.
In true hawker style, Singaporean chef Alicia Cheong will be dishing out smoky chicken wings, tender satay skewers and even stingray cooked in banana leaf. Cheong was the former head chef at Fancy Hank's and has just spent the past year working in Singapore's Michelin-starred Restaurant Andre, so you know the snacks are going to be top notch.
Tickets to the event are $30 and it buys you a choice of three dishes, one from the barbecue menu, one from the wok menu and a dessert. A drink ticket for beers and a cocktail can also be added if you're feeling thirsty on the night.
