Cheesemonger Anthony Femia knows the secret to a good cheesy treat. It's simple really, all you need is gooey melty cheese with lots of crusty, crunchy bits. This is why the only two menu items at Maker and Monger, his Prahran Market cheese cart, are grilled cheese toasties and raclette cheese melted on potatoes and cornichons (the Swiss way, if you must know).
The former Spring Street Grocer cheesemonger also serves up cider and Mork hot chocolate if you need a little sweetness to cut through the cheesy, salty goodness. Look out for changing cheese varieties and more beverages in the summer months.
