Join the enegmatic distillers and owners of Melbourne Moonshine to learn about all things corn mash. You'll taste through the range of their moonshine including their classic sour mash, barrel-aged 'shine, apple pie moonshine and the much-loved sweet tea moonshine. They'll also be unveiling their new release gin on the evening.
Henry Sugar will be cooking up a five-course meal matched to each of the moonshines and moonshine cocktail. You'll be receiving dishes like a clam chowder made from the spelt grains used in the unaged moonshine and an ANZAC cookie-inspired dessert to commemorate the day.
