Seven of Melbourne’s top chefs will join together for the collaborative cruelty-free feast at the Vincent on Wednesday November 22.
The seven-course vegan dinner – inspired by the classic tale of the Jungle Book – will showcase the potential of plant-based cooking, making the most of veggies, nuts, herbs, fruit and pulses. The menu will span the likes of a rich curry with coconut, corn, eggplant and fiery chilli; roasted capsicum gazpacho; and sweet berry cheesecake.
Chefs on board include Christian Abbott, Dylan Kemp, Tim Fowler, Abby MacGillivray, Pierre Guyot, Nicholas Hollands and Jake Furst, who has each master a course of the dinner. Each course will also be accompanied by vegan cocktails and wines.
Tickets for the event are $95 a head. Whether you're a plant-based eater or an omnivore looking to explore meat-free dining, get amongst it.
