Time Out says

A Taiwanese twist on tapas and dumplings

Mr Huang Jin has moved house: the Taiwanese dumpling pros – formerly occupying a pocket of the lofty Rialto Tower – are the latest addition to the CBD's appetising Archway complex. Handmade pork xiao long bao (dumplings filled with eight-hour-boiled soup) are still the star of the show: try them with ginger, chilli or wasabi. Save room for fringe fried rice – with Wagyu sausage or smoked salmon, for example – and a plate each of steamed and pan-fried dumplings. For dinner, canter through Taiwanese tapas – the TFC (Taiwanese fried chicken) is sitting pretty high on our eat-now list – or be monogamous with a curry or noodle dish. It would be silly not to save room for the calorific Monkey’s Treasure dessert: a battered, deep-fried banana, dipped in toffee. Form a queue, and no pushing or shoving, please.
