The queen of pastel-coloured handmade treats brings her edible art to The Langham for four nights only
Caroline Khoo, founder of Nectar and Stone, is known for her almost impossibly beautiful-looking pastries, tarts, macarons and cakes – feast your eyes on her Instagram feed and you'll see what we're talking about.
From Monday May 23, the Langham's Melba Restaurant will serve Nectar and Stone treats as a sweet footnote to their famous buffet. You can look forward to everything from mini strawberry mousse cones, lemon and strawberry cheesecake shots, popcorn chocolate with Murray River pink salt flakes and raspberry ganache, passionfruit and chocolate tarts.
A highlight of the Melba Restaurant is its floor-to-ceiling windows, which face onto Southbank and the glittering Yarra. Book in advance to secure your table, and enjoy a buffet which features live cooking stations, top quality seafood and lots more.
