Nova Kitchen is opening up its doors and inviting a who's who of top Melbourne chefs to take over its kitchen every two months. Peter Gunn (Ides), Matt Waldron (Lulo) and Coskun Uysal (Tulum) will each be delivering their individual and flavours to the cinema kitchen in a degustation dinner with an option for matched wines from the Nova aged wine list.
The chefs will make their appearance for one night only and bookings are essential through Nova's website.
