Time Out says

What sets this cute, pink, aqua and slate shopfront apart is their handcrafted pearls, which they make using only natural ingredients. In fact, it’s their only topping option, but they come in so many different flavours you’re still spoiled for choice – buckwheat, pink (made with beetroot juice), purple (made with blackcurrant juice), white jade, matcha and caramel, not to mention limited edition flavours such as sesame, taro and chocolate. The menu is on the simpler side. One Zo’s most popular drink at the moment is Alisan milk tea with sesame pearls. Their tea is brewed to have a pronounced flavour and the sesame pearls are on the softer side but still have a delightful chew to them. They also offer soy milk, which isn’t a given at all bubble tea shops, so vegans don’t need to slash out the milky options here. You can find One Zo near the corner of Little Lonsdale and Swanston Streets. Look for the cute pink, aqua and slate-coloured shop with the hip menu display.
