From fat Hanoi-style spring rolls to spicy barbecued chicken with cucumber, lettuce and vermicelli noodles and beef brisket phở, Phamily Kitchen is a slice of Victoria Street sidling up to hipster town. They’re still waiting on a liquor license, so in the meantime make do with the super-sweet Vietnamese coffee.
