Celebrate the truffle season European style with a curated menu by Poodle Head Chef Josh Fry

Stave off the chill and indulge in the earthy flavour of truffles at Poodle Bar and Bistro, with their one-night-only truffle dining special. With two seatings for diners to attend, the evening features a European-inspired truffle-heavy menu curated by Poodle head chef Josh Fry.

Begin your night with a lavish truffle brioche scroll served with spanner crab and burnt butter salad, followed by entrée and mains including a baked truffle camembert fondue and roast corn-fed chicken with truffle butter and braised greens. Close the night out with a truffle parfait bombe Alaska that is as rich as it is palette cleansing. 

Diners can choose to pair the menu with drinks from the Bar’s ever-expansive drinks list. We’d recommend the 2020 La Soeur Cadette Melon de Bourgogne, a lively white wine perfect to cut through rich flavours–  or the bistro red, 2019 Natte Valleÿ Cinsault from the Western Cape, South Africa. 

The dining event will happen on Thursday, July 21 with two seating times of 6pm and 8.15pm that will each run for two hours. Tickets are $140 each, with bookings essential.
