Chef and owner, Matti Fallon is a man who takes pies very seriously. He cut his teeth in the kitchens of Du Nord and Mamasita, but in the end, it was the call of the pie that got him. Fallon and his team make everything on site, including the pastry and even source beef and lamb from Little Creek Farm in Coldstream. They're probably even slinging the cheapest coffees around at $3 a pop, and even offer a 50c discount if you bring your own mug.
