Time Out says

Saké Jr does casual Japanese cheap eats that doesn't skimp on the health factor

Saké Jr, the more casual younger sibling to contemporary Japanese restaurant Saké Restaurant and Bar, is offering seriously delicious breakfast menu to its casual dining and grab-and-go menu. The breakfast options can be as healthy or as indulgent as you want it be and include a build-your-own brekkie bowl option where you can add in your favourite breakfast items from scrambled egg whites, Japanese hash browns, edamame fried rice, or even crispy pork belly.

Saké Jr's signature breakfast bowl is packed with all the good stuff: smashed avo, onsen tamago poached egg, Japanese hash browns, and bok choy. If you're after some gluten-free goodness, the gluten-free bao bun with scrambled eggs and bacon ticks off all the right boxes (plus, it comes with a Bonacci Ko-Hi coffee if you're a bit bleary eyed in the morning).

The breakfast menu is available now from 7.30am to 11am at all Saké Jr sites in Melbourne, as well as Sydney locations on Pitt Street and Grosvenor Place, The Rocks
