Ready for a meaty evening? The Exchange's Tuesday night meat club will be showcasing prime cuts of steak from Tasmania's Duck River.
The grass-fed steaks include a 250g porterhouse ($21), a 300g scotch fillet ($23) and a 250g eye fillet ($30), or you can go all out and order up a half kilo rib-eye ($38). Choose your steak then top it off with red wine jus, truffle butter, mushroom or peppercorn sauce. You can have it with creamy mash potatoes or crunchy chips and it also comes with a side salad.
