Saké at Hamer Hall will be transforming its riverfront bar into a tennis lover's haven.
From January 16-29 they’ll be serving up a side of tennis spirit with their sashimi, hosting table tennis, pre- and post-game meals and more.
There will also be specially crafted cocktails including the Kei Nishikori with Belvedere vodka, violette and raspberry liqueur and yuzu; the Go Soeda with Tanqueray gin, Kirinzan Blue, shochu, peach bitters and absinthe; and the Nadal with mezcal, Kirinzan Blue, yuzu, passionfruit and shiso umeshu. You can also order up the fancy as Grandslam cocktail, which is served in an ice sphere, overflowing with liquid nitrogen, Kirinzan Blue, blueberry gin, rosemary syrup and yuzu.
