Let's get straight into this, then. What you're looking at is a liquid nitrogen white chocolate egg, with mandarin, crystallised ginger and almond, sitting on a biscuit base with berries. Cracking open into one of these beauties is an experience not to be missed – plus, it'll look great on your Instagram feed.

For December only, Japanese eatery Sake is offering this dessert as part of any set menu you order. At the Yarra River-adjacent Hamer Hall restaurant, you could treat yourself to the Chef's Selection Omakase set menu, where you'll enjoy seven courses of elegant Japanese fare; and on Flinders Lane, you could order a nine-course feast designed specifically for your preferences.

This offer is running at Sake's Flinders Lane and Hamer Hall locations. Bookings are highly recommended
