TuanTuan serves up Hong Kong-style cafeteria food, as traditional cha chaan tengs do. The menu is littered with fish noodle soups, baked rice dishes, congee and braised offal. The true hero of Tuan Tuan is its signature snow buns which are baked hourly. Theses dessert buns are topped with a crisp, sugary top and filled with your choice of barbecue pork, pineapple jam, salted egg custard or almond cream filling.
