Time Out says

Melbourne’s first 24-hour pho restaurant will satisfy all your late-night cravings

Brought to you by the team behind the CBD's contemporary Vietnamese restaurant Hochi Mama, Twenty Pho Seven serves up steaming bowls of broth and noodles smack bang in the middle of the city.

Founders Thai Ho, Midawell Phai and George Do have taken inspiration from the bowls of pho that they’ve grown up with at home. On the menu is a mix of the classic chicken and beef options (with brisket, tendons and tripe, if you’re game) and some vego-friendly options too. Also on the menu are foot-long banh mis, spring and rice paper rolls, Vietnamese fried chicken and grilled beef skewers wrapped in betel leaves.

The drinks menu features cocktails inspired by complementary Vietnamese flavours and some even feature alcohol infused bubbles. Try the Straight Outta Saigon, a refreshing concoction that comes with gin, cucumber, mint, coriander, chilli and green tea with gin infused bubbles.
