Union Food and Wine is a new bistro headed up ex-Sofitel chef Stuart McVeigh, and things are looking pretty damn good. It's not your average local, proffering sharp, delicate dishes of sticky confit duck legs and delicate waves of house-cured salmon, but it's becoming a solid winner on the local scene.
