Bourke Street Green is an all-day venue open from 11.30am until late on weekdays and 11am until late on Saturdays, which makes it perfect for occasions from lunch meetings to knock-off drinks and beyond. Located on Bourke Street, the bar is welcoming city slickers into its newly opened doors with endless trapizzinos (an Italian street food that's halfway between a pizza slice and sandwich), cocktails and brews every Saturday.
Every Saturday, the ‘Saturday City Sips’ special will set you back $59 per person for a 90-minute session between 11am and 2pm. Diners will be able to feast on trapizzini stuffed with fillings including bacon and egg, meatball, chorizo and beans and more. On top of that you'll get bottomless Aperol Spritzes, Mimosas, Pimm's, Garden Mule, gin and juice, and beers.
