Hana, the latest addition to Little Collins Street, is set to dish out fresh seafood and rum-fuelled tiki cocktails.
The place takes its name from the town of Hana on the Hawaiian island of Maui – chef Mario Manabe is Hawaiian and Curtis Stone’s former sous chef. Manabe will be creating dishes like kingfish crudo with jalapeño and lemon ice; rainbow trout with macadamia crumb and citrus salad; ice lake scallops; and snapper ceviche with coconut and lime.
Now, Hana and Time Out are giving away two prizes. The lucky winner will receive a special invite to Hana’s exclusive media launch on Wednesday May 3, and a dinner for four in the special jungle booth.
