Renascence: Alejandro Saravia's Gippsland Adventures is a special dining event on Saturday August 5 that will take diners from a pick-up point in Melbourne to a beef farm in Victoria’s beautiful Gippsland region, where an open-air lunchtime feast will unfold. Think beautiful local produce, open-fire cooking, communal tables and perfectly matched local wines to boot.
Tickets to the event are $200 a head, including food, wine and transport, but there are two up for grabs in Time Out’s competition.
