Time Out Melbourne and CBD Argentinean restaurant San Telmo are giving you the chance to win a spot at our special long lunch, celebrating the wonderful protein that is beef on July 23.

Enter now to win a seat at the five course lunch devised by head chef Stephen Clark for you and a guest. You'll enjoy a tartare of O’Connor dry aged rump with Jerusalem artichoke chips; a carpaccio of Sevens Creek Wagyu chuck with roasted pepper, anchovy and garlic; vintage Wagyu scotch fillet; and premium dry aged rump, cooked on the parrilla (Argentinean charcoal barbecue). You'll also enjoy beef fat potatoes, salad and a decadent dessert to cap it off.

Add in matched drinks – starting with a specially paired cocktail then showcasing rich reds that go with beef so well – and you've got the ultimate winter lunch.
