You'll enjoy a tartare of O’Connor dry aged rump with Jerusalem artichoke chips; a carpaccio of Sevens Creek Wagyu chuck with roasted pepper, anchovy and garlic; vintage Wagyu scotch fillet; and premium dry aged rump, cooked on the parrilla (Argentinean charcoal barbecue). You'll also enjoy beef fat potatoes, salad and a decadent dessert to cap it off.
