Kimberley Gittings has had her beautiful flowershop on the west side of Yarraville Village since 2011. She's more of an artisan than a florest, as her stunning arrangements attest to. Instead of churning out bunches of flowers, she uses unusual foliage and fruits like persimmons and figs. With the wonderful scent of Tosca & Polly candles and the airy shop room above a polished concrete floor, you'd never guess this joint was an accountancy in a former life!
