Fresh pasta makers Take Me Home have opened up Gnoccheria, a pasta and gnocchi-devoted bar in Coburg. After 10 years of offering their Italian goods at farmer's markets and delis across Melbourne, this Harding Street shop front will serve as a base for the Melbourne-based collective. Watch pasta masters gnocch it out of the park kneading and cutting freshly made gnocchi every day. Gnoccheria will offer up to 20 different variations of gnocchi, flavoured by herbs, cheese and spices available for purchase by the kilo or in 500 gram packs. You can also get vegan lasagnas, fresh pasta, pizza bases (including a gluten-free version) and passata, which is made using organic tomatoes and basil grown on the family's farm in Thorpdale. To further aid your cooking adventures at home you'll also find flavoured butters, oil, fresh pizza dough and flours.
