Gorman: Eastland

What started with one clothing line in a now defunct Brunswick store, has now become one of Australia’s best-loved women’s clothing retailers. The marble and blonde-wood layout at Gorman’s Eastland salon is sweet, but it’s hard to comment further on layout: the store was so stocked with pink and sparkles that attention spans wane. This is not a criticism – the world needs more pink and sparkle. Come for Gorman’s signature crazy-colourful, bold geometric prints and florals (the jumpsuits are a perennial favourite), and stay for the funky, fishing-lure inspired swim caps and glitter socks.
