Steph Prem's a high performance athlete (she's been in the Winter Olympics, which impresses us no end). That said, she's not about working her clients so hard they want to weep. Rather, her philosophy is that we should work hard, but be kind to ourselves – it's about feeling good as opposed to looking good.
Taking a more holistic approach, Steph's studio will also run yoga, Pilates, personal training, boot camp and nutrition workshops.
