If you caught the madcap Retro Futurismus: New World back in 2016 or have encountered their antics at any one of their Festival shows in Sydney, Brisbane, Darwin, Adelaide or Western Australia, you’ll know to expect the unexpected from this category-defying vaudeville troupe. Combining circus, cabaret, burlesque, performance art and almost anything else you can think of, their latest show sees twins Anni and Maude Davey and company turn their attention and diverse set of performance skills to philosophising about the current state the world – to undoubtedly hilarious effect.
