Flinders Lane’s Adelphi Hotel will be opening up its recently refurbished rooftop pool deck to the public once again this summer. In a special collaboration with local gin distillers Four Pillars, the Adelphi will be serving up delicious gin-infused drinks from the Four Pillars team, as well as tasty snacks from the folks at Om Nom Kitchen.
