The Talbot Provedore and Eatery somehow manages to combine a welcoming, casual atmosphere with a refined dining experience. Located in the historic goldfields town of Talbot (just look for the building with ‘London House’ on its facade), the restaurant champions local produce in all its dishes.
On Saturday March 24 the Talbot Provedore and Eatery is teaming up with Blue Pyrenees Estate for a seasonal dinner celebrating the autumn harvest. It’s the third time the provedore has hosted one of its seasonal dinners, and diners should expect a seven-course menu rich in the season’s best produce. You’ll also be treated to matching wines courtesy of Blue Pyrenees Estate’s chief winemaker Andrew Koerner.
There’s only 50 seats available, and tickets cost $160 per person. You can book your place either by calling or emailing the venue.
