Time Out says

What could be better than a festival devoted to craft beer and cider?

Does Melbourne really need another craft beer and cider festival? It seems like every time you turn around there's another popping up – but as we believe you really can't have too much a good thing, we think there's always room for one more.

The Beer InCider experience has been delighting Brisbanites for the past five years, and it's now coming to Melbourne. The festival focuses on independent local, interstate and international breweries and cideries, and its mission is to spread the word of craft brewing and spread cheer and good times.

The Melbourne line-up includes Green Beacon Brewing Co, Gage Roads Brewing Co, Akasha Brewing Co, Balter Brewing Co, Brick Lane Brewing Co, CoConspirators Brewing, Coldstream Brewery, Dainton Brewery, Frank’s Cider, Golden Axe Cider, Hop Nation, Jetty Road,  Kaiju Beer, Killer Sprocket, Philter Brewing, Tallboy and Moose, Ten Sixty One, Two Birds Brewing, Watts River Brewing, Wayward Brewing Co, Willie Smiths Cider Makers and Wrong Side Brewing.

Food trucks keep hungry drinkers sated, and there will also be live music on the day, including the DMA'S, Something for Kate, Alex the Astronaut, WAAX, West Thebarton and Loser.

Tickets start at $45. For those who like their beer festivals on a Champagne budget, $295 will get you a VIP ticket, including a personal rider, special access to side of stage viewing, private toilets, food and beverage vouchers, and your very own tinnie bar including cocktails and wine.
