Buckle up brunch fans: Thornbury's favourite al fresco bar and food truck park Welcome to Thornbury is welcoming a bottomless Mimosa festival this weekend. Ever since the first person thought “hey, my morning juice isn’t alcoholic enough” the Mimosa has become a brunch staple. And this Saturday you can get your bottomless boozy brunch for $45.
The four hour bottomless Mimosa package lets you have as many juice and prosecco bevvies as you like. The Mimosas come in six different flavours and there’ll be plenty of food trucks to satisfy on the food front. Look out for carnivorous options from Bluebonnet Barbecue, souvas aplenty from Greek Street Food, burgers and fries from Mr Burger and fried, doughy goodness from Jamm’d.
If you’re deso or just don’t think bottomless is for you Welcome to Thornbury will also be selling single Mimosas from $8 a pop. There will also spritzes, beer and Bloody Marys for the non-Mimosa crowd.
Welcome to Thornbury’s Bottomless Mimosa Festival is happening from 11am-10pm on Saturday January 13. Kiddies are welcome until 8pm and fur kiddies (that is dogs) are welcome all day.
